Applicable legislation
Our Privacy policy has been drafted pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council passed on 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) in addition to, except where otherwise stated in the above Regulation, any further Spanish legislation on Personal Data Protection.
